The MIAVITA project is financed by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development. It is managed by a consortium lead by the French Geological Survey – BRGM - and involving Italian, French, Spanish, Norwegian, German, British and Portuguese technical and scientific institutions along with international cooperation partners from Cape Verde, Philippines, Indonesia and Cameroon (ICPCs).
